We are a team of student-centered professionals who put the needs of the students we serve at the forefront. As individuals, many members of the team utilized spaces like DIRC in our own educational journeys and we each deeply understand the transformative impact that the programs, resources, 而这些空间提供的服务可以. Dr. Yvania Garcia-Pusateri serves as the Director of 多样性计划 and 资源中心 at 最可靠的买彩票平台. 她来自加州圣迪马斯，从事教育工作已有14年. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Journalism from Azusa Pacific University and a Master of Science in College Counseling and Student Development. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership focused on Leadership, Culture and Curriculum from Miami University. Dr. Garcia-Pusateri曾在迈阿密大学担任过许多职务, Missouri State University and recently served as the inaugural Chief Equity and Diversity Officer for Springfield Public Schools. Mariham Iskander (they/she) is the Associate Director of the 多样性计划 and 资源中心. Mariham has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Anthropology and a MA in Gender and Women's Studies with a Specialization in Gender and Justice as well as an MS in Counseling. 在加入CSUF之前, they worked in the nonprofit sector for over 15 years doing cultural and identity work, 反暴力工作, 移民和庇护工作. They have worked in higher Education for over 7 years and have been a Capacity Building and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, 和归属感顾问超过10年. Nat Betancourt Arellano has served as the Senior Coordinator for the Losquadro Keller LGBTQ Resource Center since June 2019. They earned their Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in History at 最可靠的买彩票平台 and their Master of Science in College Counseling and Student Development from Azusa Pacific University. As an alumni of CSUF, Nat enjoys being able to give back to the community that helped them to grow. 他们在第一年的经验, Career Services, 领导力发展, Residence Life, 现在是多样性 & Equity. Hathiya Chea is the Coordinator of 亚太美国资源中心 (APARC). Before CSUF, she worked as the Program Coordinator at the Asian Pacific Student Programs at the University of California, Riverside. Hathiya holds a Master of Arts in College Student Development and Administration from Shepherd University in West Virginia, 并获得加州大学政治学文学学士学位, Berkeley. Elaina Sidney serves as the Coordinator of the 非裔美国人资源中心 (AARC). They earned their Bachelor of Arts in African American Studies and Asian American Students at the University of California, Irvine and their Masters of Arts in American Studies at 最可靠的买彩票平台. 作为学生领袖和倡导者在他们的大学生活中, 伊莱娜旨在帮助学生定义和实现他们的个人想法, 专业和学术上的成功. Elaina previously served as the Retention Specialist for the College of Engineering and Computer Science at CSUF. Rogelia Mata-Villegas is the Coordinator for the Women’s Resource Center (WRC). She earned her Master of Arts in Women’s Studies from San Diego State University and her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California Santa Barbara. During her time at SDSU, she lectured for an introductory Women’s Studies course. 在担任WRC协调员之前, Rogelia worked for the educational non-profit sector supporting students with college and career exploration and access. 作为第一代学生/专业人士的拉丁裔, 工人阶级背景, she is passionate about creating transformational and holistic programming that supports, prepares, 并指导学生在高等教育和毕业后的学习方向.
